Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to all the Staff and the Nursing staff that welcomed Lourens and me with a warm smile for his eye operation in October 2017. Assisted us in getting him settled and ready for his operation, assuring us that everything will be fine. Also making the waiting time for me shorter and going the extra mile...with the cup of tea and the chair! I will definitely recommend you!

Dear Sr Cobie Stander
I was at the Cure Day Clinic yesterday with my son Aron.
I'd like to say a BIG thank you to all the staff for the excellent experience that we had. All the staff were extremely professional from reception to the ward to the theatre.
Chantal and Dewahn at reception were very friendly and made us feel welcome and at ease. Eddie was full of fun and spunk and did a great job relating to Aron. Marianne was fantastic - so nurturing and kind and caring. Denise was also very helpful and kind. I cannot recall the theatre staff's names but they too were warm and engaging and made going into theatre less stressful and more light-hearted - which is just what we needed. Dr Coller the anaesthetist was kind and fatherly to Aron which made him feel safe.
The calibre of staff is truly phenomenal. Please continue to uphold these excellent standards. It's really quite something to experience such a warm, energising and client-orientated culture where everyone seems to genuinely love what they're doing!
The environment is also wonderful. It feels more like a hotel than a hospital. It's relaxing but still professional.
The entire experience was a 10/10. I'd highly recommend this Clinic to anyone!
Pls can you publish this feedback on your website and ensure that the staff on duty also receive the feedback. I see there is a Testimonial section but I could not post the feedback myself.

Thank you so much for making Ken's time in hospital so pleasant and stress-free. One is always a little apprehensive about surgery but we felt totally assured by the efficiency, professionalism, patience and caring approach we experienced not just in the Doctor's Surgery but in the Cure Clinic as well. It really is a beautiful medical facility and we are very lucky in Somerset West to have access to such superior health care.
The thoughtful individualised touches mean the most: a full and patient explanation as to the procedure, a willingness to answer all questions and a calm atmosphere in the Ward where it is impossible not to feel relaxed. Ken says the cheese and tomato sandwiches were the best in Somerset West and we appreciate the thoughtful provision (even for visitors) of a magic coffee machine that at the touch of a button can produce whatever the heart desires. It is also very helpful to have information leaflets before and after surgery in case our elderly minds get a bit addled.
So many thanks again to Dr Beatty and Dr Turner, the Nursing, Reception and Practice Staff and please know we will tell our friends how happy we were with Cure Eye Clinic and the excellent service we received.

I would like to compliment you on the excellent service I received at Cure Day Clinic Somerset West. I have been at the clinic for the third time now for an operation and have never experienced such excellent service and competent staff. The clinic is well taken care of and nice and clean. The staff are very friendly, competent in their jobs and extremely helpful. Thank you for the great service; it made my operations and stay so much better. They made me feel quite at home. I will definitely recommend Cure Day Clinic Somerset West to everyone I know.

I had my wisdom teeth removed at the Cure Day Clinic in Somerset West on Friday the 24th of March 2017. I just wanted to say that the treatment and kindness and comfort I received from the nurses, doctors and other staff was amazing. I felt completely at ease and couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. I would really like to compliment their work and express my gratitude to all the staff there that day.

Thanks to C ward. Yesterday an operation was performed by Dr C Winkler, and from the moment I arrived early in the morning until leaving later I enjoyed my short stay. All the staff I came into contact with made me feel like part of a happy family, making the surgery side a pleasant experience. My sincere thanks from a grateful patient.

Have just had another very happy patient speaking about Cure Day experience.
His wife was the youngest ICU sister in London and she too was raving about the quality of care and warmth and professionalism of the staff at Cure Day.
I hear almost exclusively complements but don’t often pass them on.
From the reception staff, to theatre staff, to the cleaner, to the coffee and sandwhich.
Could not say enough good things.

On Saturday 13/08/2016 my daughter went for a root rest at your clinic. I have had very bad experiences with hospital staff in the pass and honestly I was expecting the worst.
Arriving at the clinic I was welcomed with a smile the lady at reception was so very friendly. My daughter was admitted and everything was explained to her the nursing staff was also very friendly.
After coming out of theatre they assisted me showing me how to feed her and explained how she must use her medication they explained in detail when and what she may have to eat on the first and second day.
Making sure that she is fine letting her rest and helping her out of bed.
Once again thank you ladies may God keep on Blessing you with your great personalities.
PS. Thank you for the coffee and free wi-fi.

Thank you Cure Day, Paardevlei!
I want to thank Cure Day Clinic, Paardevlei, for giving free hospitalization to the four year old Lilitha Phahlwa on the 13th of June 2016.
It is wonderful to see that there are still medical professionals and hospitals that care about people and not only money.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to your wonderful staff. I was booked in yesterday and from the moment we arrived to the time I left the service was amazing. Every staff member that entered the morning greeted with a smile and a friendly attitude. The nurses were caring and kept checking on me. Going up to theater was also a smooth process.
I've never experienced such a well organised and dedicated team.

I had 2 small ops in your day hospital recently (cataracts). Your staff from reception through to the ward to the prep room to the theatre were not only highly professional but showed great kindness and all had a good sense of humour.
I was made to feel at ease and got the impression that they were all passionate about their jobs and enjoyed their work as well.
Please keep up the good work – hopefully I won’t need your services again but if I do I will know I am in good hands.

On 12th and 19th April, I underwent Cataract Operations at CURE day Clinic by Dr Gavin Bingham.
As well as brilliant surgery, especially on the first day when my shoulder started to “twitch” and I had to be given some Happy Juice?? All was quite remarkable and very professional.
The care, attention and kindness from Dr Bingham’s office team and all the staff at Cure was quite superb. I was made to be very special right from day 1.
The nurses and the team at CURE were also fantastic especially Denise and Ann, the two I really remember.
Thank you all for such a fantastic experience and for looking after me so well and guess what---------I have wonderful vision in both eyes!!!
Thanks again all of you, secretary's, nurses, Dr Gavin, the Anaesthesiologists, Drs Findlay and De Villiers and everyone not mentioned by name, much appreciated and can I have some more happy juice please??!!

Vandag was my vrou in vir die operasie, Mev Hendricks, Antoinette, pasient van Dr Leon Nel.
Laat ek by die begin begin. Met die aankoms, het ons n fantastiese en uitstekende diens ontvang deur die ontvangs dame aandiens. n Persoon wat n uitstekende potensiaal het van kliente diens en boonop vriendelik was. dit het my as n klient n totale waardeuring vir die sentrum gegee.
Tydens die wag periode voor my vrou teater toe was, het die ander ontvangs dame, opgedaag. Weereens, uit die boonste gehalte van vriendelikheid en dienste wat ontvang is. Hierdie dienste is weereens iets wat sleden ontvang word en die res van al die personeel wat tydens die proses met my vrou gewerk het, was sitterend en van hoe gehalte.
Ek voel dat mense wil goeie diens ten alle tye ontvang, maar die waardeuring om mense te komplimenteer, ontbreek op groot skaal. Ons as die Hendricks familie het gevoel dat Cure Day Clinic, nie n besigheid is nie, maar n plek wat ontferm is oor mede mens. Dit is ook nou deel van ons Familie.
Ons waardeur elke rolspeler, vanaf die skoonmaker, wat toegesien het, vir die netheid en aangename perseel en die netheid daarvan, tot en met die personeel wat deel uitgemaak het van die vriendelike en uitstekende diens, in eenvoudigheid wil ons net se, BAIE BAIE DANKIE.
Mag almal hierdie boodskap lees en hulle aanspoor om voort te bou op hierdie onbaatsigtelike diens. Ons self werk met moeilike kliente en weet wat dit is om nou en dan n af tyd te he, maar bo alles, dit het ons weer laat moet skep en die boodskap te versprei, JULLE IS DIE BESTE.
PS. Die koffie op die huis was lekker maar bo alles, die diens ontvang, WAS DIE BESTE. DANKIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On behalf of Jeremy King, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the impact you have made.
On 10.12.15 Jeremy attended your facility for a cataract operation performed by Dr. Nicole Cockburn (pro-deo) I accompanied him for this, so I can attest to the professional caring way in which he was treated... from the initial contact by the reception staff to the warmth of the nursing staff and finally the assistance by wheelchair to the car. Everyone treated him with such dignity. He has responded well to the eye operation and is looking positively towards 2016.

My wife Mrs E J Kerr had a procedure at your clinic last Thursday performed by Dr Cockburn and I want to compliment the clinic on your excellent service. From when we arrived to when we left the staff were very good and professional. I was also most impressed with the hygiene in the clinic, well done I would certainly recommend the clinic to any of our friends.

On behalf of Oupa Collen Khumalo, his mother Princess and Grace Community Church Mtubatuba we would like to thank you for your help, support and generosity in helping Collen with the operation on his right eye. We are very grateful for your part in helping make this operation possible.
We are very happy to report that Collen is well on his way to recovery and is hoping to get his matric as soon as possible. Now that his vision is improving his hopes of a brighter future are starting to grow. This last Sunday, after his return from Somerset West, he shared a very moving and emotional testimony about people not giving up on him and conveyed his gratitude towards all involved.
Princess, Collen’s mother, shared after him about her fear for his future and how she is overcoming this fear seeing that there is community of people who are willing to give of their time, money and love. She thanked everyone profusely for the role each played in helping her son.
Once again we would like to express our gratitude and appreciation for your help and time. You are in our prayers.
